app云编译之后，魅族手机input输入框不好用了

使用升级环境编译后，android版本9的手机不能直接获取相机、定位、手机信息等权限。
aliPushNoUtdId模板只能在升级环境编译，否则不能正常加载，在升级环境编译正常但在android版本9 （oppo reno z）的手机上无法收到推送消息。
